Sophie loves seeing children and their families achieve goals that they once thought may not happen. With a friendly, fun and bubbly personality, Sophie is able to build and create therapeutic relationships very quickly. With so much potential in children to succeed, Sophie feels that being able to support families through challenging times is
an incredible opportunity to have. She understands that no two children are the same and each child/family she sees can be completely different, therefore requiring different therapeutic approaches. Observing children and their families making progress and take away positive experiences is extremely rewarding for Sophie. Her specialised training and interests include Sensory Processing Disorders; School readiness; Autism Spectrum Disorder. Sophie has also recently completed an advanced research project on Attachment and Sensory Processing.
