“If you can sense it and feel it, you can change it.” - Thomas Hanna
Fluent Moves Classes are fun, interactive and an effective way to learn what is happening within your body and how to free up your fascia and muscles to feel young and supple once more.
Do you feel tight, sore and stiff for no obvious reason? If movement feels constrained and you notice a reduction in your natural range of movement I invite you to do something about it before it gets any worse.
Fluent Moves Classes are based on Clinical Somatic Education in the tradition of Thomas Hanna. Somatics is the study of the soma. Soma relates to the body being perceived, experienced and controlled from within. By bringing attention to the quality of movement we can unlearn patterns that no longer serve us and establish healthier movement patterns. Fluent Moves classes involve gentle contractions of muscles to slowly release and lengthen the muscles to a more optimal length.
Benefits:
The classes are designed to allow people of any ability to find more comfort in their body in their daily life.
Andrea Randall - Your Instructor
Andrea Randall is a Structural Integration Therapist, Musculoskeletal Therapist, Clinical Somatic Educator and Essential Somatics Movement Teacher. Andrea completed her Clinical Somatic Education and Movement Teacher qualifications in 2019 with Essential Somatics. She has also trained with Mary Bond, specialising in working with feet and Blandine Callaise-Germain, specialising in working with the rib cage. Andrea’s understanding of how the fascial and nervous systems work in movement allows her to help you identify patterns of movement that are restricting you and guide you to create fluent moves.

The latest Japanese wellness technology is now enhancing treatment at Tyack Health.
Elite athletes have used pressurised oxygen chambers to speed recovery for decades. Oxygen is critical for the health and repair of damaged cells in the body. The AirPod increases normal air pressure which increases oxygen up-take by as much as 30%. This also pressurises your circulation system increasing the oxygen going into your cells and tissues. This extra oxygen availability allows cells and tissues to rejuvenate and repair more rapidly.
In Japan, dedicated facilities offering AirPod treatments are frequented by professional athletes, executives and everyday people for a number of outcomes:
Fees
Casual rate is $20 per 1 hour session
10 visits pass is $160
Safe, non-invasive and painless, this advanced technology is the result of more than 30 years of experience and innovation by ASA Laser.
