Rebekah believes nutrition can have such a powerful impact on a person’s health. She became a dietitian as she loves being able to support individuals health and performance through good nutrition, with sustainable and lasting change, improving their relationship with food. Eating the right things at the right time can really optimise the bodies functioning, both mentally and physically, without the negative effects of medication. The improvements that Rebekah sees from her clients when working on their eating habits are nothing short of amazing and are a constant source of motivation for her. Rebekah knows it is often the simple changes that can make the most considerable impact on health and wellbeing.
