  1. Get outside and get your heart rate up.
  2. Cut out meat.
  3. Thin of others rather than your own issues.

What are the TOP 3 things that have worked for you to become Lighter, Stronger, and Happier?

  1. Salads!
  2. Replace a meal with a fresh salad. If you’re still hungry, eat more salad.
  3. Call a friend or family member you haven’t seen in ages.

What are the TOP 3 things that you do to maintain feeling Lighter, Stronger, Happier?

  1. Start the day with exercise.
  2. Cut out meat – I feel literally lighter and more energised.
  3. Stay connected to my community through Church.
