  1. Find a physical activity you enjoy and do it 3-4 times per week for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Push yourself a little bit harder than you find comfortable.
  3. Stick with it.

What are the TOP 3 things that have worked for you to become Lighter, Stronger, and Happier?

  1. Intermittent fasting, only eat between 1:00pm to 7:00pm
  2. Commit to a minimum of 45 minutes of activity per day.
  3. Decrease carbs, increase greens.

What are the TOP 3 things that you do to maintain feeling Lighter, Stronger, Happier?

  1. Exercise every day.
  2. Get 8 hours of sleep every day.
  3. Limit junk food to one treat meal per week.
