Martin Cooper uses a range of manual adjusting techniques based on orthopaedeic examination, functional neurology and postural analysis to assess and treat a broad range of presenting complaints. His Health and fitness industry background is an added aspects of Martni's treatment philosophy, understanding the importance of rehabilitation modalities to optimize patient health, recovery and general wellbeing.

Light and Healthy is our extremely popular weight-loss program that gives you the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain your ideal weight for the rest of your life. The program gives you access to our Medical, Psychology, Exercies Physiology and Dietetic teams, and is heavily focused on helping you achieve your short and long term goals.
