Connor Gilliland

Bachelor of Physiotherapy

Connor is an experienced Physiotherapist with a real passion for helping his patients achieve their goals.  Having health professionals as parents, Connor always wanted a career built on the premise of helping people.  With a sporting back ground in rugby, basketball and swimming he sought the help of physiotherapy for injury rehabilitation, where his learning began.  His approach with patients is to minimise the impact pain has on their day-to-day lives or returning them to an optimal level of function, Connor loves being involved in the process every step of the way.

Using a combination of both hands on physio treatment techniques, as well as individualised stretching and strengthening exercises, his patients not only reduce their pain but strengthen the area of concern to reduce the chance of a relapse in the future. Connor draws on his broad physiotherapy experience that includes musculoskeletal private practice, community, aged care, acute hospital settings, and hydrotherapy.  Connor’s special interests include chronic complex pain, general deconditioning, back pain, sports injuries, pre and post operative rehab, NDIS, Workcover and DVA patients.
