Dervla graduated from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, Ireland in 2007. She has a friendly and motivating personality with a passion for working within the musculoskeletal setting and working with clients to achieve their treatment goals using hands on treatment and exercise prescription to help prevent reoccurrence.Prior to moving to Australia she has worked in both Ireland and New Zealand. She has a broad range of experience in the management of musculoskeletal and sport injuries, orthopaedics, pre- and post-operative management, fall prevention and improving balance in the elderly. Dervla’s keen interest in treatment of musculoskeletal based injuries has developed from a highly active sporting background and from having assisted in injury prevention, recovery and rehabilitation programs with various sporting teams including netball, basketball, Gaelic football and soccer teams. Harry pursued a career in physiotherapy to contribute to positive patient outcomes, with a special interest in sporting rehabilitation and return to sport.
Harry graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2013, gaining experience in a wide variety of both common and rare conditions across a number of diverse clinical settings. These settings have provided experience with adult, geriatric and paediatric patients presenting with a range of acute, sub-acute, and chronic conditions. Since graduating, he has worked in private practice enhancing his skills before joining the Tyack team.Sean Thomson BPhty (Hons)
Sean decided to pursue a career in Physiotherapy as he has always admired the level of patient care and compassion the profession has to offer to the wider population.
Having graduated from the University of Queensland, Sean has practiced high level patient care in vast majority of different areas, including outpatients, inpatients, public and private practices, paediatrics and geriatrics.
Sean has developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal conditions and enjoys utilising his manual therapy skills and extensive knowledge of therapeutic exercise, to assist in the rehabilitation of pain free movement and return to function.
By utilising a hands-on approach with multiple manual techniques, exercise and education, Ben provides physiotherapy at the highest level for all ages to help patients regain pain-free movement, function and their independence.
