Overview
The Tyack Health ‘Light and Healthy’ program involves participation in a structured 12 week program, as well as on-going support long term by our team of Health Practitioners.
The initial 12 weeks will be fully medically supervised and will provide a safe, long-term solution to weight loss. Once the program is completed, continued monitoring and support is then offered to ensure initial results are maintained. We aim to support you to meet your weight loss goals and teach you how to maintain them, both physically and emotionally! To do this, we structure the program to meet individual needs and guide your progress with a team of dedicated Practitioners.
Your support team will involve:
- A General Practitioner
- A Dietician
- A Psychologist
- An Exercise Physiologist
