The Creating Confidence for Life program is an evidence-based psychology group program which assists children aged 8 to 16 years to develop skills to manage and cope with feelings and situations that occur in everyday life. The cognitive-behavioural program involves a 1.5 hour session each week for 10 weeks with children of a similar age. Workbooks used during the program are yours to keep and refer to in the future.
Creating Confidence for Life teaches children to cope with anxiety more effectively and build emotional resilience, problem-solving abilities and self-confidence. The program has been acknowledged by the World Health Organisation as an effective program for the prevention and treatment of anxiety and depression.
