Based on Hatha yoga, our classes aim to improve your flexibility and teach you to relax.

Pre-natal Yoga
Our pre-natal yoga workshops teach breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as specific yoga exercises targeted
to help you comfortably through your pregnancy.

Pilates

Run by qualified physiotherapists, our mat pilates classes aim to improve core stability, tone and strength.

Rehabilitation & Stabilisation
Our stability program aims to improve stability and speed up recovery from injury.

Creating Confidence for Life
Is a proven, effective, evidence-based treatment and prevention program for anxiety and general mental health issues for children aged from 8 to 16.
